What we process
To run an interview we process the résumé and job posting you provide, the transcript of what is said during the interview, and technical data (browser, IP address). Camera images are analysed in your browser only and are never uploaded or recorded.
Why and for how long
Your résumé, job posting and transcript are used solely to conduct the interview and produce your debrief and tailored résumé. They are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic, Anam, Deepgram) under their data-processing terms and are not used to train models. They are deleted from our systems once the report is delivered; your browser keeps a copy until you close the tab.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time: hello@candidateroom.com.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary storage (your language, your access code). No advertising trackers.
